"What do you know? anything good?"
"Oh, nothing much."
How many times have I heard that question and answered it in that way?
Really? NOTHING MUCH???
Even though people don't expect a substantive answer- any more than when they ask "How are you?"- this is a wonderful opportunity to extol the marvelous grace of Jesus.
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
be acceptable in your sight, O Lord,
my Rock and my Redeemer. ---Ps 37

I miss out on so many opportunities to speak highly of God because I am that person who says "i'm okay". I am looking forward to the next time someone asks me how I am doing. I'll let you know how it goes.
